As if becoming Double Diamond-certified with the band (21x platinum) wasn’t impressive enough for Rucker, the “Wagon Wheel” singer and Grand Ole’ Opry inductee dominated the county charts with four number-one albums and 10 number-one songs, some earning multi-platinum status. With such success, it’s no wonder the John Deere Classic chose the “God’s Country” singer to join forces with former Hootie and the Blowfish lead singer and guitarist Darius Rucker. Shelton became a household name following his time with The Voice, which gave him a record-breaking nine wins. With tens of millions of album sales, more than two dozen number-one hits, and nearly 2 billion online streams, he remains one of the most successful country stars today. Shelton became synonymous with The Voice as the longest-running Coach on the series since it began in 2011 up until his retirement this year. Blake Shelton appears on The Voice, Season 23 Episode 16.
